MDexperts offers a unique “Case Feasibility Conference” service, where our Panel Chair reviews up to 10 pages of medical records and consults informally with panelists to provide a preliminary opinion regarding the medical basis of your case. This process helps determine if your position can be medically substantiated. It instills confidence in your representation of the case and demonstrates thorough investigation to your clients. Moreover, this service often saves our clients thousands of dollars by avoiding the retention of witnesses for positions that cannot be proven. The fee for this service is a flat rate of $600.
